K3 Tax Advisory (K3TA) is a tax advisory business focused on corporate finance, restructuring and employer tax solutions.
K3TA is led by two Managing Directors, who are both ‘Big 4’ trained transaction tax specialists with senior leadership experience in corporate finance, investment banking and private equity organisations. Building on this experience, we are investing in the best people to build an agile, market-leading team.
We have extensive expertise in planning for and dealing with the tax aspects of corporate finance transactions, including business sales and acquisitions, corporate reconstructions, management buyouts and private equity investments, with a focus on Business Asset Disposal Relief planning, shareholder tax matters, employee share incentive schemes, SEIS, EIS and VCT reliefs. We also specialise in advising collective investment schemes and UK participants in cross-border financing structures.
The business has a “remote-first” operating model, recruiting specialist staff across the UK to provide national coverage to our clients.
